By the end of December 2023, I will conceptualize and redefine the ideology of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Decolonization, and Anti-racism (EDIDA) in the third space. With the basis of Vygotsky’s constructivist theory and TPACK model, I will proliferate my awareness of cultural diversity, inclusivity, equity, and gender issues through the multidimensional communicative platforms in LMS.

I will provide tools to help students monitor mental health and observe their performance, class dynamics, learning experiences, and socio-cognitive development from macro and micro views and act on a contingency plan for negativity through in-person conversations or virtual consultations.
